Beginners Watercolor Class

Join local artist Lisa Oettinger for a watercolor class designed specifically for beginners. Learn the art of color mixing and watercolor painting techniques. Registration is required and space is limited! This class will be in the Riverview Room from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
